We see each patient/customer as unique. Each of our plans is based on a 12-16 week program. However, it is recommended that, look for programs that focus on steady weight loss - about 2 to 4 kgs a week. If you plan to lose more than 30 to 40 kgs, have health problems, or are on medication, we recommend talking to your doctor before you start any weight loss program .
